That's true generally you notice stuff when it stands out so trans that had a close build to the opposite gender from the start will be less noticable to start with. It depends on the watcher honestly I love stand up comedy and found it amusing at best. To put it into visuals I've watched the stand up on netflix a lot most shows quite a few times as with stand up you can have it on in the background like music and not miss much. China is odd fro my understanding in cases like that the people that help can be liable for medical and other costs hence people don't help. As for one case I away truck hit a kid backed up him him again because it's cheaper and seems less issues if it's a death and not just an injury ie it's cheaper to pay for a death then to pay for the medical care.
