So, having read that thread about the general hostility towards men trying to learn how to do better with women, I've got to say that although the men here are often quite rightly called out for being some seriously messed up misogynists, the women here don't get called out for their own damage and bigotry nearly enough. There are many courses of action that can be taken to improve men's circumstances. My suggestion would be a return to labor organization and class politics, which doing effectively would require overcoming sexism to get working women on board. Individually men can focus their energy towards self-realization and the securing of their interests, rather than wasting energy on a despicable race to the bottom.

I can't help but find progressive melodrama exhausting. It's a performative expression of their sublimated desire for real change that's been stymied by the calcification of Liberalism into a reactionary force. It's also far too socially dangerous for me to find much humor in. But I don't think you're necessarily who I'm talking about; I refer specifically to the bitter men who feel as though they've been done wrong by women as a collective who see this as a return blow against them.
