He then backs away and goes to the other side of the elevator. She then launches herself at him with her arms raised so he defends himself. I really don't see the problem.

This has been a roller coaster of a post. He denies her pussy pass which is awesome, but then gets charged with assault. The charges are then dropped but not for her, but then he says that you should never hit a woman. I am very confused whether I should have a justice boner or not.

A denial of a pussy pass isn't just when a woman receives karma for her actions, it is when she uses her gender as an excuse to do something wrong and gets shot down. Now obviously this woman is horrible, there is no mention of her saying she thinks/thought it was okay because she was a woman.
