| 2 | What “Just be yourself” actually meansI have gripes with "be yourself" for 2 reasons: (A) i feel alot of male directed "advice" is more excuses to explain failure rather than actual advice to move forward. More used as an attack to shut guys up than actual advice to help. Notice how people call literal cries for help "excuses".
