I think that is honestly bullshit on society's side. 'My body, my choice.' So, because a woman will carry a baby for 9 months she gets all the power? What about "my wallet, my choice"? I gladly trade xarrying a baby in my belly for 9 months instead of paying for the child for the next 18 years of his/her life. Why are men expected to support the child without any say?
