Wasn’t that poster been proven to be a liar, though?

I remember seeing that comic, before. First one I saw from the sub, and I already immediately disliked it. I just thought to myself that “if I were that guy, I’d just look for another girl and not worry about this person’s reaction because I’m not the problem, nor the one at fault.”

Apparently, people always say that I’m an “attractive” guy. If that’s the case, then why don’t I have a girlfriend, yet?

I dunno, it’s hard to say that men weren’t fearful of women’s sexuality when considering the amount of mythical monsters that arose from the idea.

How about we just… not do Selective Service?

Nah, I prefer women my age or a little older.

So… I do consider myself as a more “feminine” guy. Although I do worry that no girl would want be because of my personality and the fact that I don’t have much shame in crying in public (and the fact that I’m just a huge nerd), I think that if a woman has such a problem with it, then congratulations to myself that I had avoided a red flag! I’ll just natural selection do its thing, and hope that such traits are bred out of society. Besides; I’d like it if a strong woman could provide and for me a…

Okay, i think you got something wrong here. Of course I knew that men are people (I’m a guy myself, so wouldn’t that would be extremely weird for me to say)? What I meant was that I was feeling like that men’s issues didn’t seem to matter to many people, hence making us seem like we’re not people. Understood? I guess not.

I wouldn’t say “legitimate” fear because it gives the idea that the fear should be justified or reasonable. I’d say “understandable”.

I don’t think most people would like to be alone at night, regardless of gender or trauma.

I was told that, recently. And all I can say is that although I’ve never been assaulted, it’s not because I’m male; I just never experienced it. I’m really sorry for your experience.

That just sounds like a terrible excuse, honestly, and nothing to do with evolution. It’s like saying that a man shouldn’t be held accountable for his actions because “boys will be boys”.

I’d say that’s just the problem with the women you encountered (and society) than something related to evolution. For example, many women find men who cry more approachable.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
