Saw an anti fur wearing cartoon from 1915 (yes really) showed a poster with a sad eyed seal caption "I was skinned to provide a woman with fashionable furs". Sad eyed little man with mustache looks at poster says "I know just how you feel".

feminism represents women against the rest of society. They exist to advance their own interests, period. I have never heard of them doing anything else.

Don't worry about what people think about you. They aren't thinking about you. They are too busy worrying about what you think of them.

Geez, one of them is catching on. Never mind, at her age the Cosmo crowd is through with her anyway. In fact everybody is through with her, nobody cares what she does or thinks from here on out.

If you compare men and women doing the same work, with the same education and same years of experience the wage gap disappears.

Cheese, bacon, large fries, large drink etc are not free in any fast food place I was ever in. They are one of the biggest profit centers they have. The cost of these 'extras' is mostly profit.

It was brutal. If you didn't want to interact with your family you had to leave the house. if you wanted to interact with other people you had to leave the house. If you didn't want to watch TV you had to read a book, or do some kind of hobby that involved dealing with reality and having a life.

You can live for long periods of time on fresh fruit and vegetable juice. There is lots of information on raw food diets and juicing.

The way she described in the book.... she was in a department store, dressed as a man. There were cologne samples on the perfume counter. She sprayed a bit on her wrist rubbed her wrists together and sniffed as a woman would and the sales clerk (a woman) reacted as if she had done something nasty. So she learned men don't do that.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
