I work in a female environment. You can easily tell who's who. One of my co-workers treats me like dog shit and talks poorly of men who aren't resourceful I.E. mr fix it all. Yeah, but do these all in moderation. I'm one of those big guys who injured himself lifting too heavy and too frequently. I just tried to help my dad carry some stuff and my forearms became super stiff as I had to twist my arms and use more grip. Some injuries are permanent. I'm pretty sure I've sustained some permanent damage, but mostly tightness and inflammation right now that's making my arms act up. Really, be careful on that lifting because my body isn't the same as it once was.

Basically question everything, and even reverse what we believe to draw further perspective on what actually is. I tend to do this a lot. Sometimes we're so glued to what we think we know. The more muscular and dangerous you look, the less you even have to do to get your way. People won't want to mess with you even if you lack combat experience.
