3	Does anyone else feel that young men get looked over alot when applying for office and white collar jobs? I tired telling this to my wife and she looked at me like I was crazy. I am a straight white male. With ten plus years in a job filed but I was over looked many times for people with a lot less times that couldn't do that job. note I was already trained for the job.
