The first thing to ascertain is whether it's psychological or physical or combination. Self image, pressure or psychological blocks may be a problem. Or it may be a combination of low t, alcohol and bad lifestyle choices. My advice is to hit it from all angles. Quit porn. 100% do not use any form of self stimulation.
