This. I know this doesn't apply to the OP, but it might be useful to anyone else with the a similar issue. I've had some sexual partners who we're much older than me during my teens and there isn't any awkward dynamic. They know you're not as experienced and want you to get better, and because you know they're more experienced it's not awkward learning from them, like it would be with someone the same age.

Hey buddy, all I can do is make some suggestions. The first thing to ascertain is whether it's psychological or physical or combination. Self image, pressure or psychological blocks may be a problem. Or it may be a combination of low t, alcohol and bad lifestyle choices. My advice is to hit it from all angles. Quit porn. 100% do not use any form of self stimulation. Porn really misleads people as to what good sex is. Good sex is about passion and intensity. Being good in bed is ensuring that your partner has at least one orgasm, and treat that as something that absolutely must happen. Do whatever it takes.
