Lost mine 2 months ago. I was on the way to the hospital to be with him so that he didn’t die alone, I like to think he knew I was coming and went before I got there so that I wouldn’t have to see him like that. I don’t think it is ever something you get over but it does get easier with each day.

Yeah, is bank balance was lower but he had a multi hundred thousand dollar asset, renters pay down someone else’s asset for zero return. I pay around $17k in rent a year meaning that if I had all the money upfront I would be down $119k over the same timeframe from my initial balance and have zero equity. I know which option I would choose, it’s a no brainer.

First off, as a cab driver I and as far as I know most of us don’t make money until the meter starts going, but this is not the point. Chick was indeed being shady but having a back and forth with her didn’t get anything done... and if we really want to dissect the video, you could argue that she indeed got a pussy pass, if a dude had have come back and attacked him I’m guessing that he would have acted differently.

The throw he used is called a kubi nage, a very basic throw that uses neck control rather than going under the arms, this throw is a better choice to use against someone not trained to defend as the natural response is to pull away, this lock keeps the head and neck tight and helps prevent face planting the ground, on the contrary if done incorrectly and too much pressure is applied to the neck or too much rotation occurs it can be dangerous, still it was almost a textbook throw.
