4	The poster I made for the recently linked "My Bad Sex Wasn't Rape" article. One of the major problems I have with this argument is that you are not considering medium for comment. Look at newspapers, they have short columns at a small point size. (The paper I'm looking at has about 5 words maximum, which falls in line with the recommendations of someone like Robert Bringhurst for multi-line justification) In fact: "If the text is justified, a reasonable minimum word space is a fifth of an em (M/5), and M/4 is a good average to aim for.
