depends how good your state public colleges are. I'm in NY and got full tuition paid to the best SUNY in the state. Also are people forgetting community college exists? Great place to go to figure out what you're interested in and not waste a shit ton of money. Plus the classes are generally pretty easy in comparison to other schools so you come out with a good GPA then transfer for 2 more years at a state university or other.

Your argument is invalid, just because you can't apply a scientific method to this doesn't mean it's "misogyny bullshit". Although it may not be scientifically provable some of the core ideas of the post are true at least based off of OP's anecdotes.

This guy went from being appreciative to playing the victim all because /u/4nt43us gave him some advice he didn't want to hear.

I think what OP is saying is that, game is part of your mission but not your mission itself. Basically that having good game is just one of the aspects of your mission. If you only fuck women and do not work on yourself you won't be as happy.

I'm gonna disagree here. Alcohol can be used responsibly and in moderation to promote social interaction. Especially in business alcohol is a huge part of the culture of a lot of meetings with clients, at least in NYC. There's a difference between having a beer or cocktail vs. killing a 6 pack multiple times a night by yourself. If you can handle drinking responsibly than I don't see a problem. However if alcohol started to control your life, change you and your mission that is when it should be…

How did you start monk mode and stay there so consistently for that long? Any tips?

I think it's fair to say "macho" high SMV and low SMV cucks have both co-existed for decades. That is nature.

It sounds like you really liked her, good job on moving on right away, healthiest thing to do and not chase her or dwell on it.

Think about how all rapists or creepy dudes look in movies: creepy, desperate, umstable. RP ideology is safer for women cause a RP man would not have any desire to chase a woman at all.

I like the point you made about getting on her level if she's sitting, standing over someone is uncomfortable.

Solid point, dopamine should be a tool like you said. Whenever you do something that releases dopamine there should be some productive benefit to yourself.

Hey /u/pspjoker ! Check my post above and see if it helps out. Basically you should identify your problems, figure out how to fix them, and make goals that are realistic enough to achieve. I also found that making my goals measurable but not scheduled was very helpful at first. For example, instead of saying I will workout: Mon, Tue, Thur, Fri. I would say let's workout: 4x a week. This way if you miss one lift day, you don't feel like shit, just go do it the next day.

Hey man you should look at my post above! Weed was my BIGGEST issue in the past. You don't have to cut it out altogether at first. Any step in the right direction is a good one. If let's say right now you are a daily smoker, cut back to every other day, or only after your work is done. When you activate your dopamine(smoking) after actually accomplishing something, you're at least positively reinforcing your actions. As for the junk food, I'm not entirely sure about your background. (college stu…

I found that making smaller strides at first worked better than changing my lifestyle completely. Think of or write out a list of the actions you spend too much time on that give instant gratification. For me it was mostly: Weed(every day), video games, porn, cigarettes, junk food, and social media...a lot of negative things. So I decided to take some steps in the right direction. I cut down masturbating to where I only do it once a week vs. every day. I stopped smoking weed every day and now it…

Yeah I'm asking because there could be potential drawbacks to frequent drinking that I'm unaware of. I don't care what anyone on here says I'm still going out tonight and drinking, but I would like to hear their opinion. Maybe they stopped drinking and noticed changes? I found that to be the case with weed at least.

I'm not trying to be defensive, but why do you consider the way I approach this to be an, "estrogen bomb."? What things do you like to reward yourself with? Thanks.

I didn't mean to come off defensive, was just questioning if there was harm in doing these activities.

Yeah, I'm going to repost something I told my friends earlier today actually: "honestly, weed inhibits people's ability differently. I know some kids at my school who can smoke every day, wake up early for their 8ams, get their work done, etc. However others (like myself) will feel extremely lethargic & unmotivated not only while high, but the next day as well. to each their own, I'm not going to judge someone based solely off their smoking habits that's stupid. Unless it's very clear that it af…

Like everything but giving up drinking and coffee won't happen for me, is it bad that I look forward to drinking on a weekend? I'm in college. I feel like if I'm productive mon - Friday there's no real harm in rewarding myself with some beers on ONE weekend night or so. Having things to look forward to helps me get through the week.
