2	This myth needs to stop being perpetuated by the school system. I work in childcare and honestly I'm not sure there is anything stopping anybody from going into it, most programs I'm involved in are chronically understaffed. 3	Do you know any women who respond to jerk/bad behavior from men? I do. Most of the girls I know who like 'jerks' are pretty tough themselves and need somebody to give as good as they get. Just my experience but I have seen a few girls completely piledrive through sensitive guy types because they though that was what they wanted only to find themselves in a working relationship with somebody they considered a complete jerk at one point (and is in fact a jerk). They aren't being randomly targeted, their claim is under scrutiny. The defense can only subpoena records relevant to the case. But it seems to me that this is not searching without a reason. And correct me if I'm wrong but how can you go on a fishing expedition on somebodies defense? Usually the point of fishing expedition is to find something where you have nothing, here you have an allegation first and foremost. 1	Friend of mine took his son for a haircut, hair cutter lady wouldn't give him a mohawk "without his mother here." The view from my desk: most hair stylists and barbers do just that If they do they are breaking the law. You might disagree but these laws aren't built with the freedom of businesses in mind. It's the freedom of individual customers to have access to goods and services that is important. Not a business owners 'right' to turn away customers. and should bear the responsibility for the outcomes of their beliefs.
