Yes, you are absolutely correct there. So have to decide if it is worth the risk for some sex and can go either way there. I had plenty of fun when I was younger, and glad that I did, but plenty of close calls with pregnancy scares, STDs, psychobitches, crazed hookers, etc.

Jack Nicholson, the player that he was, knew how to do it. He had a house down the street for his wife and did not live with her. That is the way to do it, and you can occasionally have sleepovers if you really want to, but that is optional. Of course most guys can't afford two houses, and one good thing about being in a relationship is splitting the rent, but many women don't pay their fair share anyway. Definitely don't take her back. Leave her to manage on her own, although she will probably just parasitically attach to some new guy. But eventually she will hit the wall even harder and no one will likely want her, and you can sit back and enjoy the show. Yes it is. Although I don't know how guys in their 20s and 30s pull it off. It's easier when you are older and your libido is lower and you honestly just don't need female companionship that much. Well, when you are young, you can still beat them at their own game for some sex, and hopefully don't let them sink their hooks into you. Still always the risk of false rape accusations though. But when you get older, you can just keep a healthy distance at all times.

I don't get it either. I never wanted to be married, ever since I was a young child. It always seemed like a raw deal to me, if you are a guy. And my parents ended up being married for well over 50 years, so I could see how it could work, but still seemed like a crazy thing to do. I suppose some dudes just fall head over heels "in love" and do it, but that's still no excuse. Think for yourself and take care of yourself, first.
