Fair enough, but if you read my post carefully you'll notice that "much more" refers to male SMV in contrast to female SMV, not looks vs other qualities for male SMV. BTW I disagree that looks matter most for men. Game, frame, dominance(of the moment), social proof are easily as important as looks. That shit is unimportant for women but looks are fundamental.

Don't get all defeatist. Amp her up, then tease her with affirmative consent questions while looking her directly in the eye and escalating. IANAL but I'll try. "Affirmative consent" isn't "current". The Canadian law you linked answers your question for its jurisdiction:" the complainant having consented to engage in the sexual activity, expresses, by words or conduct, a lack of agreement to continue to engage in the activity." Pretty standard common sense stuff. Note that "sexual activity" is an undifferentiated blob in this case.

I didn't say looks don't matter. They are just not that important. I'm just referring to other qualities that are more important for men than for women. Also, I didn't mention money specifically. Otherwise it is hard to explain the sexual draw of people like Mick Jagger and Henry Kissinger. Looks are secondary for men.

This does not define affirmative consent as we were discussing. The operative phrase is " expressed by the words or conduct". Also, while it does reference explicit revocation of consent after initially consenting, it does not require getting consent throughout the encounter. Google will give you some definitions of affirmative consent that don't include affirmative verbalization and renewing consent at every stage, but these definitions are wrong since they simply revert to the old standard. It is a bit confused. Men are more visual. That is why women spend so much effort on make up and other appearance aids. Looks and grooming count for men, but not nearly as much. They are really just a baseline to qualify on. Male SMV is based much more on success and social proof. It is one of the major drivers of male achievement.

Also, though, out of curiosity--what exactly is ASD? ASD = Anti Slut Defense. Sorry, that is PUA terminology from the early 2000s. It is a moronic idea. Don't worry about it. It will never catch on outside of colleges. College administrators just want something simple and enforceable to reduce their headaches. Fortunately this seems to be created by some autistic dweeb. It won't catch on outside of colleges because women will HATE it. It is hugely unromantic and kills ASD. Women want the out, but not in a hard legal sense, which will MGTOW the majority of men.

I haven't looked into it in detail, but that would vary depending on which affirmative consent standards one is talking about. Like any laws it would be a mix of law definition, community standards and case law.You gave an example yourself, kissing -> butt touch.

No, that is not the case. The whole affirmative consent thing is about consent not being implied, which was the old standard. With affirmative consent, you have to gain consent for every escalation explicitly. Before affirmative consent became/becomes the norm, permission to escalate was/is implied unless explicitly revoked.

A public butt slap is already sexual assault in most western jurisdictions IF the recipient decides to press charges. Affirmative consent laws just bolster this aspect further along in stages of private sexual behavior.

A transgression is a transgression. You agreed on a rule and she broke it. This means it is quite possible that she is lying about the male exec just being in the room. The 80/20 rule is not hard to understand. Mating behavior is strongly selected for from an evolutionary perspective(duh). Women have the scarce/limited commodity(i.e. the womb) The top 20% men have a concentration of desirable attributes by definition(resources, social proof, genetics). These men have little reason to limit their sexual behavior aside from societal restrictions. Throw all of that into a pot and stir, and you get the 80/20 rule. No mystery.
