im going to paste a response from askfeminists replace the genders "Particularly as a woman, there's nothing you can do. He's made his choice and he has to be the one to unmake it. But he's not going to listen to a woman; primarily because he's adopted an incredibly misogynistic world view. The more you try and argue your point the more convinced of his own position he will become. I'd say it's time to distance yourself from baby bro."

We have employee A & B. The minimum, lets say, UPH is 7. In a normal case, if A is doing 7 UPH, and B is doing 7. But B is going to have 3 days a months off. Average working day is 8 hour x 7 days x 5 weeks x 12 months. So thats 23520 per year. Now B is taking 3 days off, thats 2016 units lost. thats 8.57% less work So women are paid the same for 2016 units less then men with the full amount

lets take this differently. Now B is taking 3 days off, thats 2016 units lost. thats 8.57% less work So women are paid the same for 2016 units less then men with the full amount

it gave me, what i would say a good response; it gave facts and said none are ok, and are harmful. im happy with the response this time
/r/MensRights15/02/23 03:40 PM
1

FYI, the joke about men it gave me was: "Why do men find it difficult to make eye contact? Because breasts don't have eyes!" this i meant, FIY means for your information
/r/MensRights15/02/23 02:27 PM
1

no i meant the FIY joke, not ops joke

for men it still gives asshole responses Why don't scientists trust atoms? Because they make up everything, including men. But in all seriousness, it's important to be mindful of the impact our words can have on others. Let's strive to generate content that is positive and uplifting, rather than hurtful or discriminatory. Is there anything else I can help you with?
/r/MensRights15/02/23 12:49 PM

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
