Have a TV / Netflix in your room? Gold. Otherwise "cuddle?" She's definitely DTF you'd have to really fuck up.

Calorie counting. I used the app MyFitnessPal which is free. Lost 20 lbs in 2 months just with that (sticking to 2000 calories a day) and I still drank every weekend. It should be noted that I continues working out 2-3 times a week for about an hour each time, lighter weight.

Meetup is a good site. I've used it a few times and had fun / met new people.

Instant success is definitely not how this works. I'd suggest finding new friends who will do more interesting things than just drink and do drugs. Could use meetup (website) or something similar. You're putting way too much of your happiness on a girl. You know how many girls will like that? None. Girls don't want to be put on a pedestal. And they all have the capability to leave you for chad. Having good friends is a much more stable and fulfilling relationship.

She's probably used them before and wants to use them with you now. Could have been another guy she was seeing at the same time as you. If she's a plate who knows. Nothing wrong with toys though. I've had girls use flavored lube and I've used it on them. Tried a cock ring one time. Done handcuffs. Just have fun and be dominant like other people have mentioned.

I would say #1 is the most likely. Especially if you're younger or its your first real relationship. Because it is completely different type of relationship. They often won't even realize they're doing it. I did it a long time ago, and looking back now it was because I didn't realize I wasn't spending time with my dudes. I was getting everything I needed socially, and intimacy wise from my girlfriend at the time. Which is a horrible thing because then you're basically reliant on her. If you have…

I find it extremely difficult to try to gain muscle mass and lose weight at the same time. SL especially as that'll work you and you need more calories for that. I would recommend focusing on losing weight and then gaining muscle mass after. I lost 20 lbs a few months ago (over 2 month timespan) by just counting calories. I'm 5'10" and was 185 and dropped to 165. I used the app MyFitnessPal which is extremely helpful for calorie counting. It'll also help you estimate the calories you should have…

Instagram works for guys too. At least in Greek life at my school. Post pictures of you with attractive sorority girls or doing fun exciting things. Get a ton of likes. Helps popularity and getting girls interested in general, since now these girls (who you will party with at some point) see you with other attractive girls and that you have an interesting life. Of course, you actually need an interesting life first. I haven't noticed anything bad from it.

For a few weeks a girl tried to get me to beg for her. Wasn't sure how to handle it at first. Never gave in, had told her "I don't beg" and other such things, including some humor and ignoring. Problem was I'm pretty sure she knew I was annoyed. It eventually stopped after she was giving a bj and said we'll have sex if I beg for it. To which I told her no, and she said okay, and I rolled over and went to sleep (we had already had sex twice that night). I haven't heard anything about it since the…

Yeah about then. It honestly could have been a bit longer. Like you mentioned for you it's 5-6 hours. If you take consistent breaks you could probably go longer. But I wouldn't recommend 10 or more hours of studying anyway.

I personally never study more than 4 hours at a time. If you need to do super long periods of study like you're suggesting, I would recommend 1 hour of study and then 15 min of relaxing or whatever else for you. I've seen this multiple places before that it's better to take constant short breaks (literally time yourself). Also, it's better to study over a few nights so you get a chance to sleep on information, it will help you remember better, I know it helps me. And make sure you get good sleep…

Even when I take a current plate of mine to a party, she pretty much follows me everywhere. I still talk to my dudes (my fraternity) and other girls and she just kinda follows me and talks sometimes too. It's not a big deal at all. If anything, it's a good place to show your social skills off. It's not your job to mate guard, it's extremely unattractive to do so. If someone talks to her and she talks back for a bit (a guy), go talk to some girls. I would see that as a sign of disrespect if she t…

It seems to me more like a comfort test. In a LTR you need to give her at least some comfort. Girls in LTRs don't like the guy to be completely alpha and all about himself ALL the time. I know because I've taken it too far without enough comfort. It's appropriate to give her some validation every so often. I probably would have responded to the first message with "I enjoy talking to you." And left it there.

The biggest thing is diet for cutting. I lost 10lbs in a few months starting in august by calorie counting and working out 2 or 3 times a week for about 45 min to an hour each time. A good app I and a lot of my friends use is MyFitnessPal. It's free and works well. Look it up and stick with it. You need the discipline to keep up with using the app, holding back on snacks, and not cheating it. If anything, overestimate portions.

I mean, I like to at least be attracted to a girl I'm fucking. I don't see anything wrong with plating a 6. I think it's fun to have a mix. For me right now, I'm playing a HB9 and a new HB6. Both great in different ways. The lower they are the more compliments they give and more they do for you which I like. Different experiences.
/r/askTRP26/12/16 06:04 AM

I'm actually really interested in a response to this. I've had issues every so often with a current HB9 plate of like 3 months now. Same thing as you, sometimes cant cum, sometimes get soft after a bit. Compared to other girls where i have no problem keeping a boner (to be fair, less attractive girls and some have been newer to sex so I feel a lot more relaxed). She loves it rough (rougher than any girl I've been with before), and says things like you mentioned. The only thing I can think of is …

Oneitis big time. This is just one girl. There are others. Since you have to deal with her at least somewhat, I would say don't cut her out completely, but keep any conversation to only what is necessary. Do not text her again asking how anything was, bad move. Move on in terms of gaming girls, it's not happening with her.

In all seriousness, first date if it's like coffee or something similar, a hug. Close hug, squeeze a little. If whatever your date was went well, or if it was drinks and you've been escalating, kiss at least, or take her back to your place if she's down.

Praise really is huge. OP I would recommend reading the book "how to win friends and influence people". A few things from it are being genuinely interested in people, and giving honest and sincere appreciation.

Odds are your jerking off is using the "death grip". This cannot be replicated by a pussy and when you're used to orgasming off of the death grip you become desensitized like you mentioned. You don't necessarily need to go no fap. But definitely cut back. Most people recommend about every 4 days. And when you do, no more death grip. Only light grip, learn to enjoy that sensation.

Get a girl to open up to you. Typically while having pillow talk after sex. They'll reveal a lot of shit. Like one recently told me she had a threesome her freshman year of college and was wild (read - slept around a lot) but "calmed down" now. Red flag. Other red flags: Tattoos Gossips a lot Drugs and/or smoking Colored hair (like blue or pink or something odd like that) Non standard piercings (like nose ring) Talks to her ex(es) If your bros don't approve Those are some

Find a job in another state or otherwise away from your current campus. A new crowd is a reset for you in terms of social life at least.

You still need to be attractive and have game. But being in a fraternity is instant social proof and access to being around many attractive girls. Often times in drinking scenarios. It helps a lot basically. Plus I've had a great time in my fraternity. I would encourage OP to not reveal secrets of the fraternity though. They're meant to stay secret.

Using dating apps like tinder or bumble are extremely looks based. The FIRST thing that'll get them to look at your profile more is to have a great first picture. Should just be you and should look good and be attractive. You can get professional pictures for this. Never use a selfie. Girls do that shit. Guys should never. As for follow up pictures, you want to show off everything that is typically saught after in an alpha male. What is this? Looks, style, social proof, having fun are easy ones …

From what it sounds like, she's going to be on vacation with her family, not friends. There's still the possibility of cheating just as in any scenario, but it's a lot less likely since she's with her family. Also, you shouldn't be so worried, work on that abundance mentality. Get in the mindset that you could have another girl just like that. I would apply a little dread game prior to her going, could never hurt. Never say ANYTHING about being worried about her cheating or anything of the sort …

TRP applies to all aspects of life. Sure, like you said, a lot of it is about game. However I see a lot of things about the workplace and improving your life in general. Now onto your question. If no one else in your family talks to her, why do you? Don't feel like you NEED to talk to her if she's a bitch. Or you can talk to her or whatever when things are fine (since you said it isn't all bad). But when she does things you don't like, you have no obligation to her, so just stop communication an…

Sounds like you're trying to do too many things at once. This is a long process. I'd suggest picking 2 things to begin with, say no porn and workout 3 times a week. Begin keeping a log of what you're doing and when you're doing it. This will help you remember what you're supposed to do, and show you how you're doing with it. Also, these two things I mentioned should give you more energy, at least I noticed it for myself. And with workouts, don't make excuses for not going. It's easy to do especi…

If that's all you wanted out of a relationship, you need some guy friends. Those are the ones you can tell your problems to and have each others backs. I used to think the same thing you're thinking now. Its not how girls operate though. As soon as you start sharing your problems and showing weakness to them, they will see you as less of a leader, and more like a child needing cared for. And we all know where that ends. You need to be the rock for a girl. So start getting closer with guy friends…

I used to be a lot more blue pill before the girl #1 I discussed here. I had been cheated on previously by one girl which is when I decided I would have a zero tolerance rule for that. I went extremely blue pill (read: clingy, wanting to be together all the time, really caring about her feelings, ect) after I started dating a HB9 and she jumped ship during finals week one year which was great. There are plenty of other stories but I didn't think it would be needed to go into everything. As for s…

It's possible more happened. But I doubt it considering it was a christian college where girls and guys couldn't be in the same dorm without doors open and only during certain hours. But you're right I probably should have ended it then. And I probably would have had I known TRP then. As for the date idea, I got it from somewhere else I had read on TRP a bit ago. I saw Ashley at least once a month, normally twice, and she still kissed another guy. She even went to a christian college. The odds of success for you are very low. You can try, sure. It doesn't seem like anyone here is changing your mind. But be prepared for the worst. Dread should help too.

Like the other guy who commented, big red flags. I personally would never be okay with that. I would definitely take into account how attractive the guys are compared to you. However, this is an extremely risky situation. If she just started college, and you're that far away, that's a long time to be in an LDR. The temptation to cheat will be very high, and she will have plenty of options. There is a very low probability that this can workout well for you.
/r/TheRedPill13/09/16 02:10 PM

Yes, she was seeking approval from me. I definitely fucked up by not saying no. There is a lot at play when it comes to LDRs though, and I would never recommend being in one. The temptation to cheat is much higher. And I'm pretty sure she had an interest in this guy for a bit. It's a hard thing to determine if you should say yes or no, and I've seen both recommended on TRP. For saying no, it is stating your boundaries and letting them know, without a doubt, that it is not okay. For saying yes, i…

I had a girl over the summer who dropped the "I love you" a few times one night when we were fucking after drinking. To which I just didn't respond. She later apologized saying that she just likes to say it. To me, it almost seemed like a shit test to see if I would say it back. Either way, she doesn't a actually love you.

I think one of the most eye opening things for me was when I was DD one night for a party and gave some drunk girls a ride. All they talked about was who they were having sex with and one said something like "but he told me I was the best", and I knew the guy and knew damn well she wasn't the best he's had. It's like she was clueless that she was just another plate. Either that or just making shit up to impress her friends.

Most. You will know which sororities are sluttier as well. Generally in Greek life, at least at my school which is around 20,000 undergrad, you'll know which specific people as well; word travels around. That being said, I've dated a sorority girl who was a virgin before we dated. And I've seen some other good ones too. So you just need to be careful like with any other situation if you're considering LTR's.

Was asked this by a girl I carpooled to work with over the summer. Replied "no" and she laughed if off saying "you're just trying to make me mad" to which I didn't respond. Worked out fine.

On my campus, and probably most campuses, you want to join a social fraternity. As in do not do a professional one. Often times the professional ones don't help that much, and the social aspect isn't nearly as good. You want to find a fraternity that's one of the top on campus (just talk to different people about that, it's pretty easy to figure out). This will help your social life for sure. Think about it, you immediately have social proof to girls at parties. Plus you'll gain a group of guys …

They won't want you there if you think of yourself that way. Your friends might be trying to get you to open up. Girls like when you just have fun. I say you should go and just plan on hanging out and talking with your friends. Just socialize. Don't even worry about girls.
/r/askTRP15/08/16 01:17 AM
2

You need to start talking to people for one. Get involved in some clubs on campus; that's the easiest way to find people with common interests and make friends. And start lifting if you don't already. You'll feel better, start to look better, and gain more confidence. There are a ton of resources on the side bar of the sub.

It's good you understand why you feel that way. But you just need to force yourself past it. And if someone ridicules you when you do share something, drop them, because you don't need that in your life. As for rejection, it's going to happen, it's a part of life. But think of it as "what do I have to lose?" The worst you get told is no, and then you go to the next person.

I'm relatively new. So if an endorsed contributor comes along listen to him. That said, never apologize, or ask what's wrong. That puts you in her frame. From what it sounds like, this girl is definitely more than a plate to you, and she probably shouldn't be from what it sounds like. You should not put up with her crap. If she flipped out on you, don't respond (at least until she apologizes on her own, then escalate). Also, see other girls.

You need to be forward and take charge here. Don't ask her when she's free, suggest a time. I would say something like "Hi Lana, let's go out for drinks on Friday" and if she responds well then set a time. She may have plans, in which case she should suggest another time when she is free. if she does not, I would only suggest 1 more time and if she's busy then too, she's probably not that interested.

New tenant. Must become black belt in Krav Maga. Seriously though I'm highly considering doing taking classes for it. I've taken mixed martial arts when I was younger which was decent about real world situations, including knife and some gun defence. It was more about getting away than anything else. Krav seems like very realistic self defense as well as a workout which is a bonus.
