| 3 | [Advice] Cheating wife doesn't know I know. Claims to be trying to work it out. Lying to my face.As somebody who went through something very similar (cheating while in therapy and not admitting it) and who has tried reconciliation after things ended with the other guy and she has actually worked hard on making things right, I see NOTHING here that warrants sticking around. It’s hard to hear in your shoes, but it’s often the truth. BTW, we tried reconciliation and we’re good friends, but it’s just not working out. | 7 | Divorce ImminentThe advice here mentioned helped me a lot, but I was really surprised how much reading the book “I Wish I Knew This Before My Divorce: Ending the Battle Between Holding On and Letting Go” helped. It looked cheesy but it really explained how the amount of attachment to her causes pain and how to cope with it and be at peace with it. | 9 | Seeking men advice during a separation - Cheating wife - Ontario CanadaIt’s not a direct answer, but I would talk to a good lawyer ASAP and not saying a word to her until then. Once you say anything about it, you can’t put that genie back in the bottle | /r/Divorce_Men | 13/08/20 02:41 AM |
| 5 | Best ways to support a friend going thru divorceDon’t tell him to let you know if you can do anything. Just call him and tell him you want to get together with him. He may not want to feel like a burden. When you do get together, ask questions and listen, but talk about other positive stuff too and gauge his mood to see what he feels like discussing at any random time. Some of my friends send random “thinking about you, how are you doing” texts that are small but mean the world | /r/Divorce_Men | 05/03/20 07:55 PM |
| 2 | I recently found out my wife has been unfaithful to be for the past few months, and I can't be with someone who'd do that to me. Looking for any advice on where to start.Same | /r/Divorce_Men | 20/02/20 11:24 PM |
