What happens if I 'stop short'? Will I have to draw up a contract that will retroactively cover this?

As someone who sat on a grand jury and heard a case of a man with 8500 images of child porn on his laptop, I can say it does harm the child. He may not have taken the pictures, but he is helping spread the images online for more people to view. We indicted him. He was found guilty and got 10 years. Imagine if you were photographed as a child being raped and those images were spread all around the world? Would you mind nasty fucking perverts jacking off to pictures of you getting raped?

He made a mistake calculating air pressure in footballs in frigid temperatures. Deflate gate. Someone pointed out he was wrong and he admitted he was wrong....Not sure what he was referring to.

I used to hate it when a complete stranger, esp someone who has never been up to bat let alone hit a single, tries to tell you how to treat your woman. Now I look forward to it. My ex wife took our fight from home to dinner once. I forget the fight, but she was being loud and the guy next to us tried to tell me the man is always wrong and I should just give in. Then I started naming all the shit I had to put up with. I asked him what would you do if your wife did this and that? He said he was di…

I was husband #2. We all had a decent relationship with each other. Once she went off the deep end, her 1st husband and new wife told me they would do whatever they could to help me. They did. I spent 10k on getting divorce/custody. He had joint custody. He saw what she was doing and new if he didnt get his daughter full time he would regret it. He had a friend who was a paralegal draw up the new custody papers and waited til after my hearing and got full custody without firing a shot or spendin…

Also, looking back, with everything i had against her, i dont think i would have gotten full custody from the judge. Even after the handprint, maxing out her CC's after i filed, buying a 30k car with her BF, numerous DCS investigations, supervised visitation, bringing strange men around my son, telling a dude she was fucking she wanted to kill me(he was willing to testify for me), emails, txts, pics etc...the deck is stacked against men, esp in the south.

She told me in sept she wanted a divorce. A couple wks later i hacked all her accts and found she was trying to find the next sucker to move in on. Oct i filed papers. She went crazy. From that point on, her #1 goal was to find a live in bf. I ran 6 guys off. I told her you can stay here and get your shit together so you can support yourself. Conditions: no strange men around the kids, get a fulltime job. She said fuck you ill stay here til the ink is dry on the div papers. Feb came and she lost…

The fucked up part is, she is representing herself. So i got that going for me. Im pissed I had to ask my dad for 3 grand to get an atty. And the really fucked up thing is, when she said she wanted a divorce and didnt love me, and went off the deep end, i told her give me custody and you can have everything in the house and even take over the note and i want ask for child support. I ended up having to get a judge to evict her and she forced me to spend 10k just to get divorced from her. After a …

I have full custody of my son. I got laid off over a yr ago and my income went down more than half. After about 8 months I decided to ask for a child support mod hearing. My exwife was paying me 25 a wk. When we had our hearing they sent us into a room one at a time to verify our income and other details. They called me back in and said your child support went from 100 a month to 230 a month. Then the lady said your exwife is saying she doesnt agree with the amount. So we had to go before the ju…

The 18 months probation doesnt surprise me. The fact she can get it expunged off her record really pisses me off. All probabtion is making an appearance every so often and paying money. She got off scott free.

When I wrote the post last night I was responding to text messages, watching a movie, and dealing with a son who has ADHD. Maybe it was laziness, maybe it was a lack of concentration. But thanks for noticing.

Nice comma placement there. "Having children with a woman you end up divorcing is the action of a fool"????? What are you a fortune teller? Well if I knew we were going to get divorced I wouldnt have married her. I cant predict the future like you can. Someone who spends their time attacking people on Reddit because of their grammar is an indication of you have a small dick and cant get laid. I think most grammar nazis have child porn on their hard drive. So why dont you leave the kiddies alone …

Wow, you have predicted my life by my failure to completely spell out child support? Oooooo and you used a semicolon. You must be jealous of me. Yea, thats it. You probably pay out half of your income in ch supp and hate your miserable life.

Where i live its all based on a formula. Her supp was based off of me making almost twice as much as she made. Now i make less than her. It didnt really cross my mind to my supp raised. Im doing it on principle. Part of me is doing it for all the men who get stuck shelling out hundreds a month just to watch it go to the mama's clothes, hair, purses, 5$ lattes. I had to get a motion to vacate on her because she wouldnt leave. Then when i finally got her out, she moved in with a guy she knew 2 wee…

I have full custody of my 7 yr old. Right before we were about to sign papers and finalize it. Basically my ex saw the writing on the wall and just gave up. My atty called me and said since you make 3333 a month and your soon to be ex makes 1800 a month, i would still have to pay her 50 a month and since she was receiving the ch supp she would get to claim him every yr. I basically gave her everything in the house except for a love seat and the washer/dryer in the divorce. I flipped out and said…

My ex during our divorce tried to pull this. For about 5 months i had to carry a recorder on me at all times because she was calling the police a couple times a week when things wouldnt go her way. I asked her to go to a doctor, 911, ask her to keep her men away from the kids, 911, parked my car sideways in the driveway so she couldnt get in, 911, found my son playing with a sextoy that she left lying around, i hid it in my trunk, i begged her to call 911 on that one, she wouldnt. Everytime the …

A similiar situation happened to my friend in high school. If your brother is completely innocent, and if the girl is denying it the DA will have major reservations about pursuing it. Things change when people have to get up and testify in court. Good luck/

im not worried. one of the reasons she wouldnt sign papers was because of money. so i delayed her ch supp to so it would equal the money she thought she was entitled to. then when it time to set up the ch supp, i just didnt do anything for a long time. she thought in her infinite wisdom if i didnt set it up she would be off the hook. then someone in her family told her she better start paying or it will start building it up. so she is paying me the 25 plus the arrearages. i have no worries. sinc…

When i went thru my divorce and I had temp full custody for a yr. When it came time for to finally sign papers my atty said with my income being almost twice as much as hers and the custody days, i was gonna have to pay her 50$ a month. Plus I was gonna cover him on my ins since she didnt have any ins. Then my atty also said since you're paying her support, even know she gets him only 4 days a month she will get to claim him on taxes. I blew a gaskett on that. I was being nice on the custody day…

we don't know what gender the royal baby is? Im assuming he has a penis. So therefore he is a male. Case closed. When he grows up and decides he is attracted to the same sex he will be a man who is attracted to a man.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
