Also, dont be afraid to eat one small meal during the day. It'll change your insulin levels a little bit. But it wont ruin the whole plan. If it's that bad for you, then I'd reccomend eating at least one small meal when you start in the middle of the day.

I don't do two days in a row. Also, it's just different. Kind of hard to explain, but as long as I get water and green tea (nothing with calories, black coffe with no sugar or milk is welcome as well) I feel pretty great tbh. It's like that at first with the whole feeling tired thing, but after the first or second time, it feels refreshing. This is just personal experience. Also, when you do eat, make sure it's nutrient packed.

Tbh, I dont think we should even eat everyday. I go at least 1 or 2 days without eating to help balance my insulin levels. Pretty much like Intermittent Fasting. I feel more energetic and helps me maintain my weight. We're told to eat 3 meals a day, but look where that's brought us. This shows why fasting is in a lot of religions as well.
