I would have to be there for the proceedings, and my verdict would depend on the circumstances of the case. I've heard something about the ex-husband was withholding meds, like in one case where a woman murdered her children because she had a severe mental illness and her husband was withholding her medication, but, again, I couldn't give out a verdict unless I was there for the court proceedings.
