Weather the child has any income or money or not doesn't change the fact that they can still be sued. There may be a delay in determining and enforcing payment it doesn't stop the legal burden being applied.

No, my original link was to an article not to the actual Massachusetts government website. Someone else is claiming it is not what it says it is so I gave the actual link. I hold a nonprofit in Florida but if I wanted to get certified and operate in Massachusetts I could not because my board is only ⅓ female and no one of the special protected classes.

Keep doing that! We are too vulnerable to have even the merest hint of inappropriateness. Remember any woman can make any accusation against you, no matter how ridiculous or unfounded and you will not be believed and you'll be stuck with the virtually impossible task of trying to prove your innocence. That earthquake was terrible. But Haiti itself is horrible and little can really be done since it is a independent nation. Because no matter what help is sent, money, material, or goods, once you hand it over there is no control over how it is used. Usually it is just stolen by those in power.
