You can't really make sex available for all men unless you make prostitution legal and you subsidize it Since the role of the provider was somewhat taken from men and given to the government(with taxes paid by men) women don't need men anymore to survive and they can just go and "have their fun" with highly attractive men There always were and always will be men who are sexless, only that nowadays the number skyrocketed

Hard to say but in the near future there will probably be a riot, many countries have a shit ton of laws that not only benefit only women but some directly discriminate against men Oh yeah, and the 63% of men 18-30 being single stat, I'd say over 95% of them aren't like that by choice and when the most powerful group of a country gets frustrated and then mad it's a recipe for disaster
