sure if they think they are entitled to someone else's income. The whole problem with CS is that it's helped to institute generational cultural dependency on welfare / forced income redistribution.

Geese rarely get cancer, or get screwed in kangaroo courts that peddle disingenuous half assed socialism “for the good of the kids”

I just don't understand mankind or the laws of man. In the wild if an animal loses a mate and cannot support itself or its offspring in a rough environment the offspring simply dies. I say life would be much easier for humans if you let single moms just starve instead of providing any kind of forced welfare funded by a past mate. They're single for some reason or another and so they should live with the consequences as nature intended. Instead courts illogically make someone pay for a bastard th…

This is why you never use IVF for any reason. As a goose I am fortunate that I can kick an egg anytime during the incubation period to abort.

I don't know if there's something in the environment that's making people ill or this whole transgender thing is mass copycat trends but this shit is becoming really ridiculous.

Life isn't guaranteed and neither should "quality of life" after a divorce. Perhaps if courts would stop this nonsensical line of thinking that divorces should guarantee a quality of life standard for the wife/kids that could not be maintained without forced support marriages would be more rare and longer lasting. Do animals go to court and get support rulings when their mates leave them alone in the mean bush of Africa? No, they move on with their lives or die a horrible but perfectly natural d…

I'm not going to downvote you, I agree with some of your points because it illustrates why the weaker shouldn't pursue and instigate violence in the first place. Don't attack those who are bigger and stronger unless you accept the consequences of losing. Might makes right is the golden rule of nature.

If it were a man who did something similar people would be calling for him to be hanged, but because it's a women suddenly there's no need for retribution. I mean fuck, I feel like an AI could interpret laws and issue more appropriate rulings better than biased judges.

Oklahoma needs regime change. This isn't about the children or even the woman, it's about the state government earning interest(i.e. Profiting) off of federal reimbursement for child support money collected. This is effectively tax at gun point. The state doesn't care that they are profiting off a man's suffering and agony they just see him as someone they can put a gun to the head and rob. Family courts are ran by dishonorable thugs who should face the very same street violence they threaten on…

First of all, Nazis are your go to? Well they do exemplify some of the worst in humans that are deserving of the death penalty. + most westerners know what a Nazi really is as opposed to say Taiwanese school children. You don't have to torture someone So hanging is "torture" now? Granted one could also argue all forms of capital punishment are "torture" but in the US it's still perfectly acceptable to handout death sentences to young adults and until very recently teenagers. American culture fav…

So you don't think people should face a legal death penalty because it's "violent" ? Please elaborate
/r/MensRights27/12/16 03:59 PM

Oh you're totally right, killing war criminals like nazis did nothing except assure victims said assholes never killed again. Punishment for murders should totally be timeout and no Nintendo for a week instead.
/r/MensRights27/12/16 03:48 PM
3

For suggesting the death penalty and improv sky burial? In the US all that is needed for this to happen is to amend state laws to allow hanging as opposed to lethal injection. The death penalty is still legal state violence and in my humble goose opinion an underused tool for dealing with monsters.

Context. What she says isn't technically wrong but consider her circumstances as a Hollywood actor, not a common woman before no fault divorces. Regular everyday women profiting from no fault divorce seems to be a post 80s phenomena made possible by bad public policy aided by both feminism and myladying conservative politicians.

Would they extradite someone for child support in the US? Most western aligned countries do, and most men being crushed by child support and alimony can't afford to leave the country to begin with.

You could always stop working and not give her a dime, and when you go to court for contempt make sure you step in goose shit on the way in. Remove shoe with gooseshit on the bottom and hurl it at the judge. Say every hateful vengeful thing you can and get under the judge's skin. You won't be going anywhere for awhile but your bitch ex won't be seeing any money either. The only way to win is to self destruct. Die free, not live life a a slave.

There's a term for what happened to her in the duck community "HUMP IT AND DUMP IT" It's not that he's a sexist asshole, he just had other better holes to fuck and no real need to maintain a relationship with someone past a certain point. Having sex with someone doesn't entitle you to a relationship and yes, men can and will have lots of meaningless recreational sex without any intention of dating or forming long lasting relationships. Maybe he saw things in her that he just wasn't interested in…

Sounds like somebody just can't get what they want out of a certain unavailable man object of desire. Next they will push for laws to force men into marriages. Oh wait they already have. "Common law marriage" nonsense.

It could also be dangerous to be around geese. Situational awareness and bread go a long way in diffusing and mitigating risks at the park.

As a goose I can't really say there's much point in dating women over 30, their kids just eat all the damn bread and throw it all over the place. Marriage is just a construct, you're not obligated to put a ring on the finger of anyone you just want to fuck either.

Well, she did fuck you over and attempted to cuckold you so a little schadenfreude and celebration is overdue. Geese don't typically have this problem however as no goose is going to divorce court over who winds up staying in the common urban retention pond.

The boy or man who wants to reject a woman will be deemed faulty. The verbal abuse can also be harsh. "Limp dick", "faggot", "cuck" the list goes on in the assault of a male's masculinity. But its ultimately a man's right to become aroused and ejaculate or not. Thus I coin the term #Semenism.

But all men should be able to "abort" and walk away if the pregnancy wasn't planned and they did not desire a child. Women should be able to safely abort or bear the responsibility on their own for raising an unwanted child instead of getting "free" handout money in the form of child support and wage slavery of another person.

Alimony is garbage. Life isn't guaranteed so why should steady life long income be from someone who is no longer your partner? What other advanced warm blooded species pays their ex mate income for life just because they broke up? None. The whole concept is unnatural and parasitic.

I'd consider statute of limitations, the mother's thoughts and willingness for a DA to prosecute. To me it would seem that it would be in everyone's best interest for the kid just to know his biological father. I don't think the father should pay any back child support or face any legal consequences though. The mother could have always aborted and chose to carry to full term.

As a Goose I often wonder what this Patriarchy is? I have not observed it at all at the park nor am I aware of some ruling patriarchal monarch system in North America. I wonder what these salty cunts are on about?

As a Goose I tend to disagree. Life and circumstances aren't guaranteed and taking away support at gunpoint means parents who would normally wind up with a fat money check for having custody would think twice about leaving or bringing kids into the world.
/r/MensRights03/03/16 10:48 PM
5

Most definitely. We need to stop giving handouts to women with no education, no career when the baby daddy very clearly did not want a kid. Abortion or adoption are viable options and should be pursued instead of forcing a man to pay for a woman to bring an unplanned and unwanted child into the world at the expense of everyone else. In fact No child support should be awarded in those cases. Eventually people will get the hint popping out kids for $$ is a bad life choice, but only if the system s…

Family courts make a lot of dated assumptions, but in practice its half assed socialism when it comes to child support dependent on someone else's money and jails to enforce.

As long as States/Governments make interest/profit off of CS monies they collect there will always be motivate to pursue CS as another form of tax by gunpoint. They could really care less a lot of the time but that dumb cunt is the perfect example of why the child support system has failed miserably.
/r/MensRights12/02/16 02:57 AM

A little too honest. I really hope her baby daddy sees this so he can put together a case for custody change and/or child support reduction and a Judge can ultimately tear her a new one. Absolute bullshit and exactly why child support monies should be audited.
