| 3 | One thing that bothers me most.This seems like good, reasonable advice. Though personally I would heavily lean toward something less lethal than a gun (e.g. tazer or pepper spray). The reason being concern about others taking your defense tool away from you. You should be aware when traveling with a personal defense item that it IS possible someone will get the jump on you, discover your weapon, and then take it for their own use perhaps escalating the situation far beyond what it originally was.
