| 3 | How do I “care less”?Super relatable. I was and still am a lot like this and it’s been very tough to try and “care less”. Because that’s just how we are innately and that’s how I show love but I’ve realised it can come across as too much. And some people need to be given space so they don’t feel claustrophobic almost with the excess attention or care. It also ends up making me feel like I’m giving too much of myself to this person and it’s a shitty feeling overall.
