Whether or not femininity alone has to do with increased lifespan is actually not known. That actually is known. Partly because women live longer than men in almost every nation in the world, regardless of healthcare spending; but mainly because testosterone is known to reduce lifespan.

Using my argumentation, a lawyer can make a case that the law doesn't cover female envelopment as "rape", make it stick, and get her client off on lesser charges. Well, she can if the prosecution doesn't bother to point out that this is incorrect, yes.
