I think there is some truth to it. There are some horrific predators out there and women do need to be protected and helped as much a possible by the law, but acting as if its the majority or even a significant percentage of men that are predators is not helpful to anyone, and not drawing any differentiation between accusations and convictions is insane. Well I appreciate your reply. I’ll be honest, not sure how accurate/unbiased them failure rates are, 13% chance of pregnancy with a condom seems unrealistic and my experience with pulling out has been very reliable. Well here in the UK they’re free. Point is there are a ton of options before inhumane abortions that are barely spoken about. If you’re so easily capable of total celibacy as these 4B protestors say they are are then you would think they’re capable of tracking cycles, pulling out before ejaculation, condoms, birth control, plan B, choosing responsible loving partners, getting your tubes ties etc, which apparently they aren’t.

I would recommend a documentary called ‘The Work’. Its about a type of therapy but a different approach tailored for men and does involve mentors. Incredibly powerful watch. I think there is some truth that women get more from just talking, and that mainstream therapy approaches probably benefit them more, but therapy is important to men because you cannot fix the internal by changing the external, you can only cover it up and distract from it.

I think its kind of ironic that ‘toxic masculinity’ and the ‘evil patriarchy’ has only been able to develop in the way that it has because a lot of women are attracted to those things. If a large amount of women didn’t find powerful, narcissistic, aggressive men attractive very few men would behave that way as there would be no social reward. Most men’s primary motivation beyond survival is to attract women.

I listened to a podcast about it with a woman who wrote a book about the history of feminism. Women are naturally drawn towards care taking roles, and the idea of working a 9-5, paying taxes and being involved in politics wasn’t appealing to women who were fulfilled in life with their traditional roles.

I actually think the idea of a pendulum swing is also a bit of a falsehood. Women on the whole had a much better deal in their traditional roles as homemaker and mother, apparently most women didn’t even want to vote or the right to work and it was kind of forced upon them by the powers that be.

I think there is more to it than that with this whole ESG scoring thing. Companies seem to be incentivised by investment banks to do things that knee cap their profits in the name of certain ideologies which engineer society in a certain way. I haven’t delved deep enough into it but I’ve heard people talk about this and it makes sense as to why all these corporations keep pushing to this shit despite it negatively impacting profits.
