I'd suggest one or both of these. Pick 10 activities/hobbies that interest you even slightly. Wood work, surfing, cooking, pottery etc etc and try them all out, join clubs and groups. Secondly start doing more daring things you never would have thought about because risk, I.e. Skydiving, coke and hookers in mexico, hiking through some mountains etc etc. Try and find that wild excitement for life.
