There are two biological sex's, and then there are a series of genetic mutations which cause one of those two sex's to display a varying combination of traits from the other, but they are still either genetically male of female. 1	Woman argues with judge and gets 300 days in jail. I spent time in jail, they only charge you if you have the ability to pay. For example, I was in a minimum security work release section.
