5'8 here, the women who did date me ALL graduated to taller men. Standards only rise over time. I have made career decisions based on average height of candidate countries (Netherlands and Denmark went right out the window) ever since I became fully cognisant of The Manlet Question.

Honestly I think women have been memed into thinking they like it. Several women in my past have asked for it and I turned them all down.

No doubt she is complaining to her friends about your fucking fragile male ego, among other things.

Women don't learn how to handle rejection; one of the many male rites of passage involves getting laughed at by girls when asking them out as teens. Girls don't go through this process hence their unsurprising immaturity when they are rejected. I was literally sat down and told that turning a woman down "is the biggest fucking slap in the face, how dare you" by a fairly well-educated friend once.

Given the recent articles about the terrible disaster of women not being able to find enough "educated" (read "monied") men, I think women should be expected to pay.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
