As someone who has taught in urban schools in the past and dealt with student violence. It is an extremely difficult situation because administration does not want you do get involved, they want you to wait for security to do it for legal reasons. Yet morally you don't want to just sit there and let kids beat the piss out of each other. Also, they will continually strike you, while you can only attempt to restrain them which can be extraordinarily frustrating.

As someone who stated in an r/askreddit omg what should not succeed, you answered All Lives Matter, and Men's Rights. So you blatantly come in to a sub which you inherently hate and argue one of the core beliefs here. Gosh you must be fun at parties. You say you've been banned from the mgtow sub too for whining about them in their own sub. If you're not going to be constructive then gtfo.

Pretty much most major colleges offer HR degrees honestly. A few of my friends in college were HR majors. Plenty of males in there as well.
