He could have gone for an arm bar from that position, but from the direction he took her arm, I think he was going for control via the Kimura...it's also the better position to apply handcuffs from. Also, I think the video cuts out too early to know if he let go or not.

In general I agree with this idea, but because she didn't accuse anyone specific, I'm not sure what should happen to her. She should get in some kind of trouble, but I don't think facing the same penalties as a convicted rapist is the answer in this scenario.

That's what I was considering when I put possibly prosecute. I know different states have different statutes of limitation regarding rape, which can be further modified by dna presence. Some are 6 years while others go to 20, I couldn't say if some have less or more though. It just seems strange that a statute of limitations exists for rape at all.
