| 1 | Is Rape on College Campuses Really such a huge problem?when terms like "sexual assault" get thrown around, it suggests that somebody got raped. Maybe that's the problem? Your theft/murder analogy would make more sense if it was petty theft compared to grand larceny, and I agree! Something like forced kissing, while still sexual assault, shouldn't merit as harsh a penalty as rape but neither is anyone saying that. Why is it ok to kiss someone if you have no idea if they're willing to reciprocate? What if said kisser passes herpes during the "surprise" kiss?
