It's the opposite for me, I like my women dressed fairly conservative, just like you linked. I don't know why, it's just what gets me roaring like that weirdo at the gym. Scantily-clad women don't really do anything except make me say "dress classy, not trashy". I understand why other people are into it, and great for them, just isn't what I want in my quarters.

I whole-heartedly agree. Also being rude to cps is not being rude to the cops and even if it was being rude is not an arrest-able offense. The bible probably says this on the first page.

I can't agree more, if he had some time ahead of time to prepare and learn a bit I'd lean slightly more to save the cash. In this situation though, he is no more knowledgeable than the can of soup you just took home. Lawyer all the way. Exception: Plot twist: OP is a lawyer.

I would look up "nonsearches and seizures" Fx87 might be right. Because you are arrested and the context of this incident, it may be slim. But I can see that since you are not the one being detained (what I got is that the father was the primary target) it could fall into this category.

Yeah, sometimes they get too stuck in one area, at least in my opinion. Being a father in this regard though doesn't fit in too well with /r/parenting always or /r/raisingkids, that's more why I'm here. Plus it's nice to have the community that usually exists here. Ranted I think the part that bothered me the most was how naive I was.
