Thanks for the extended answer. I started grease the grove a week ago and it is realy a good thing, easy to keep and not exhausting. I keep in mind what you say, fake it until you make it. Btw i like card tricks and hypnosis so it is a way to improve my confidence i think. (Keep calm, silence etc).

Don't shut the one who are wrong (not in act when it hurt directly ppl). Just show them and other ppl how stupid what is said. Otherwise it could be seen as censorship and give confort that they are the "counter narrative" even if it is not.

If you are lifting that's good you should have the backbone. You can do some HIIT to loose weight Try 6×30 sec sprint full force with 4 min between each sprint. It is the equivalent of 120 min of 60% MAS (maximal aerobic speed) but rest 1 day between day of HIIT.

The pb is not that they are feminist only but feminist and have political power. So in a sense the ppl who do thing un power and revendicate a political position, it represent it.
