Looks is it's own currency altogether. Unless they run up on someone that has a particular prejudice it's a pretty universal currency too. Well the context of the question leaves a lot open, but in reality you're right. In context each scenario automatically assumes you are financially sound. Also, while said mooch does spend your money, they do it within your current means. It truth. Most people simply NEED the security of option B. I've been in long-term relationships with both and they are both double edged swords.
