You said she is already into you at that point so it is merely some playful resistance at that point - she is yours to blow it with. At that point you just exude confidence, make strong eye contact and say something like "only when I meet someone truly special who I feel a strong connection with" and she should melt. You do not want to be typical and boring but you have to get the ball rolling.
