Happier than before, in a nutshell. Before, I would be indecisive just to not offend anyone, including my parents. Now, I would do what I want and not let anyone tell me different. Then I learned my parents wanted me to be happy, and all they knew was the successful asian route. Now they can feel I'm happy and know I can survive in the world just fine. This decisiveness I developed trickled into other areas of my life. As a leader, I was burned when I asked for other's opinion. Now I'm focused o…

There is one thing if you do take, take this: Women, not men, decide what "alpha" and "beta" are. Truth is, this make guy's lives easier. It's the reason why everyone's advice works. Since we have no control over her thought process, TRP focuses us to work on ourselves. Beyond lifting and creating value we decide whether women can have a relationship with us. Not the other way around. We determine what "beauty" is, something feminist attempts to redefine. Don't let them. This is your frame. This…

What alpha and beta to me is what you, op, have written. An underlining of who is my action for. I see being an alpha being "in it for myself", like the women we see around us. What can her or that other girl offer to my life? If the only answer is nothing, then plate them and serve them. While beta is something we all have done, there is still a place for it. Beta, I believe is something we do for the interaction. I know this something i try to do less, and yet is a nice way to get our SO, not …

Due to the influence in dramas and American influences in HK, women have become like this. Where the girl does nothing, and all the guys are fighting over her. Ask any elderly woman, and they would have this "WTF" look on their face, because that behavior isn't the child's fault, it's on the parent.

Men should be respected and feared, as the proper leaders we are. We gain nothing if we knowingly give women power. Their strength is really ours. So as simply as we gave out, we can easily take back. Everything depends on the frame and its integrity. I pray for the marine.

Not everyone is an "alpha" in life. It's true that Carell was beta until Gosling came, however, when you swallow the RP you either: take it or you chock. Gosling made it into takeable pieces. The reason why I said focus on Steve Carell is his wife is divorcing him because she doesn't feel the spark down "there". This unfortunate situation is more common than you think. There were many examples of this behavior seen in "Blue-pill examples" here at TRP. I digress, Steve shred his "blue-pill" or un…

Focus, not on what parts of Groundhog Day you don't like, but rather how Bill Murray eventually deals (and conquers) his surroundings. While there is an overflow of female privilege, how is that any different from today's society? Rather than having a movie completely devoid of this aspect of life (female privilege), Groundhog Day shows us the need to improve and make our place in life. However he did have onetitis for the reporter, and it was a hollywood movie "true love" does not exist, its th…

This guy may be insane, but he has something that other don't. His "don't give a fuck" attitude and drawing people in is admirable. Him sleeping with a girl on the streets of a feminist country, Taiwan, was surprising, even to an ABC. Fuck, I got one life. How I want to live it start now. Thanks Man I forgot about Frank Yang, more inspiration.

I thought the only requirement for a man is a X and Y chromosome, other than that anything else is just instinct.

so sad that he had to have a video to cover his ass, while the dumb bitch got away with a "awww-it-didn't-hurt-that-much" punch. But the moment when she said "you attacked me?!?!", her look was PRICELESS!!!

Easy, make it a game with her. Whenever she is using you, without reciprocating, make a beep sound. That way she doesn't have your past, while it keeps her on her toes thinking. There will be bitching, hamstering, and fun. bleh telling stories is not the best way to explain when you can show her.

Although the title suggests that alpha should be like this, I am curious as to "how" he did. However, I would feel that the mindset that this person had should be highlighted - a transformation in a question 90 days did not provide adequate time to have the body adjust without withdrawal.

So never confront them when they exploded. Just walk away and confront them later.

So betas are no different than anyone else. I treat them the same as any others is what you're saying.

Well said, thank you. My initial thoughts exactly treating them like children, however, I feel diplomatic actions are quite hard when betas are reluctant to change. Especially when betas are using emotions rather than logic.

Fortunately the beta I know are quite nice, so far. But how to keep this frustration and self-loathing to themselves, or when they do explode - which happens to nice-guy betas - how to react? I would response, like how a child is yelling, punish them. But is this the best strategy to response to these situations? Can I ignore them yield better results or would it fan the flames? I have seen you comment before on several other topics and I enjoy the responses you give. Please enlighten me.

So you first helped a bro out, he rejected your offer. Now you are cutting him out of your life because he has nothing to add to your life. In summation: cut those who doesn't add value to your life out, regardless of who they may be. How would you act if you could not move out due to a contract? If you don't might me asking.
