Can someone explain the first qpite about winning first and then going to war? Is winning first the preparation aspect?

Observe and find some sort of mutual grounds to break the ice. Maybe you're at the bar and there's a game on. You notice a girl next to you wearing a game jersey. You could make fun of her team and be like, "wow so and so isn't very good" with a cheeky smile. Shell prolly respond. Gauge her interest and move forward. You could say something else about the game and then ask if she's from said team and begin to get a little personal. I mountain bike. It's really easy to break the ice because I'll …

I am introverted. I realized that for certain a few years ago. I dread going out to the bars, hanging out with a lot of people and even shopping. However, I love mountain biking. Idc how far or how many people are there, I have the energy and drive to ride with them. I guess the key is to find your niche.

This 100%. I've learned at crowded places or gatherings, it's best to find one or two people with similar interests.

They'll be happy to have you. That's why rugby is cool. They'll respect u for at least coming out and playing. Don't worry about getting in shape and what not. Just show up and be cool. You'll be alright.

get out of that living environment asap, tough to make progress when people around u are slobbing around. i assumed ur locked in so just deal with it now. are you athletic? join the rugby team. sure they drink but they are typically cool guys to be around with, usually bring along the girls as well. dont be bashful about being quiet. you may be someone who uses actions instead of words to get your points across.

usually runners are skinny sticks that cannot fill out cloths. its a excellent supplement to lifting imo. on top of lifting, i cycle everyday in the morning. its incredible how much ive leaned out
/r/TheRedPill08/11/17 04:19 AM
3

lifting gives you structure and discipline in your life which translate over to your mission. you set aside a specific time slot during your day and you consistently stick to it each and every day, despite how tired you, hungry, stressed, ect. this creates discipline. then you realize that if you create structure and consistently stick to it, theres a positive result. then you can apply to discipline to other aspects of your life.

dont think its a necessity but def a useful tool edit: i also mountain bike. its cool to follow other riders and see pics of awesome places where they ride.
/r/TheRedPill17/06/17 01:14 PM

i think the most simple way is to lift. if you look physically attractive, it should give her tingles from the get go

didnt really ghost, more like no contact. my plate spun out of control, she wanted more and i couldnt do it. i told her face to face i cant do this any more. she continued to persist wanting to be just friends. we all know this game... i told her directly once more and blocked her on everything. no regrets.

update: i ended it with this girl last a few hours ago. i tried to last night but she worked her sloot magic and lured me back in. i took her out for dinner, her birthday is tomorow. it gradually hit me as we ended dinner. afterwards, i walked her back up to apartment. told her i was done and walked off. she tried to lure me back in again by hanging onto me. i said nope and left. damn it feels good. abundance mentality fellas

i actually read a post many months back. i cannot locate it. mind re explaining?
/r/askTRP27/03/17 02:29 AM

will do. ive also been considering ending this whole ordeal. i have no intentions of being in a relationship with this girl. she seems to be hoping and beginning to have expectations for that. i hate that pressure she puts on me.

after we had sex while we were laying around she reminded me that her birthday is coming up. as i got up to leave she rolled over and said she was "confused and irritated". she expected me to spend the night with her. i didnt tell her anything that wasnt true. basically this is just what it is, her ex still being around is a no go. btw, she went to ireland with him a few weeks ago (they made plans while they were together back in september). i actually went through her phone before i left her pl…

shitty part is her birthday is coming up... after spending some time with her friday night it seems as tho she expects something. i dont want to invest anything in her because she is just a hook up. i will tell her when i see her monday after class.
/r/askTRP27/03/17 12:49 AM

i agree with this. it cracks me up when people take too many days off because they dont want to "overtrain". it usually has to do with eating like shit and not sleeping.

good to hear you've found succcess with that stuff. i plan on easing into it as summer approaches.

unless you have something physically or mentally preventing you to reading it as a hard copy, i recommend the hard copy. in some ways but this is the bread and butter of redpill theories. tomassi is a behaviorist and he explains the behaviors of men and women. it explains what you need to do to become a desired male and the rationalizations women use. bottom line is you need to get yourself out of the hole. someone else isnt going to do it for you. sure talking to someone will help, but you need…

you need to understand a woman will not love you the way you want/think they should love you. they "love" you in a different way. you will never get the unconditional love you hopefully got from your mother. you need to accept this. know that is just your turn, she is not yours.
/r/askTRP24/01/17 11:36 AM
2

buy a copy of, the rational male off amazon. wake up early in the morning and spend 30 minutes reading bits and pieces of it. romassi does a fantastic job explaining theories.

unfortunately i live with my parents. i could still find a reason for her hamster though.
/r/askTRP24/01/17 10:34 AM

ive always thought it wasnt worth the trouble. but then the whole hypergamy part and the theories that, "shes not yours, just your turn" and theres no morality with women. confuses the fuck out of me
/r/askTRP24/01/17 10:33 AM
1

i dont know if she is perfectly satisified in her relationship. but i found it odd she seemed very attracted to me by the way she looked at me during class and how easy the conversation flowed afterwards.

this is also a viable option that i have been considering. thoughts on, ice skating > escalation > smash

ill bite too. purpose is something internal, its something that drives a individual to be charismatic, enthusiastic and motivated. those are characteristics and give women tingles. doesnt what their job is, purpose isnt a tangible thing.
/r/TheRedPill17/01/17 09:51 PM

that sounds like a logical way. im sure there are people who posted success stories all around the web, maybe even reddit. good look brother

when addressed properly with time and therapy even clinical depression can be improved. drugs can be avoided. unfortunatly, perscribing drugs is like giving out candy these days. just the convience of it.
/r/TheRedPill17/01/17 09:22 PM
1

agree 100% unfortunatly not everyone has the support system and they never get out of the rut.
/r/TheRedPill17/01/17 05:29 PM
1

i wouldnt say conspiracy but its a rocky road. its kinda like credit cards. when used smartly and in moderation, its all good. but when you fuck up, youre in the fuckin hole. similar conept with anti depressant drugs. if you can tether the fine line, it can work.
/r/TheRedPill17/01/17 05:28 PM
1

you're right, ultimately the entire system is fucked up. which causes youth to be born with mental and behavioral issues. by the time it becomes a issue, its too late. it becomes treated with drugs and we have another unfortunate individual who cannot live without the crutch of drugs.
/r/TheRedPill17/01/17 04:46 PM
2

you're a success story, its very common patients become dependant and cannot go without the drugs. now they're spending extra time trying different doses and drugs. wasting time. the magic cure is to find a professional. again its not cheap but thats not the debate. drugs are not the long term answer.
/r/TheRedPill17/01/17 04:43 PM
1

drugs are a short term fix. therapy and proper attention is a long term fix.
/r/TheRedPill17/01/17 04:41 PM
2

i did not mean any offense, just my opionion. i believe that there are many ways to beat depression without medication. This can come from exercise, therapy, diet, ect. but again, this is not a cost or time affective method.
/r/TheRedPill17/01/17 02:25 PM
6

no doubt, they dont learn the proper way to deal with depression and anxiety. the drug becomes a crutch they cant kick away
/r/TheRedPill17/01/17 12:50 PM

im the same way. i dont want to date a zombie, i want to date someone who knows how to live a healthy life
/r/TheRedPill17/01/17 12:50 PM

i work in special ed, the kids i work with have emotional and behavioral issues. it breaks my heart these kids are treated with medication instead of proper attention. its def cheaper and easier but its sad.

start mountain biking, pretty much a all season sport and lots of girls are in the sport. your local bike shop can let you know of the local groups that hit the trails in your area. what about your friends. do they hang around girls?
/r/askTRP16/01/17 02:02 AM

yes. if i go 1 hour east into the city, i can pull girls very easily get a lot more attention. much more diversity in the area. i am a korean american btw

we talked for a bit about 6 months ago. when sexors was about to happen, she told me to fuck her. she made no comment about a condom and i had nothing on. thanks to porn and over fapping, i was unable to get it up. our fling shortly sizzled out.

what do u want to do, any interests? i graduated undergrad with a chit gpa and a history degree. did this and that for a few years and realized my interest is in science. nutted up, took some pre reqs at the community college and i'll be attending grad school in the spring while working full time. also, i live at home but fortunately my parents support me.

Yeah I hear ya. I'm going to pursue something more in the GIS spectrum and use the env bio masters to help piggy back my options. Any suggestion on where to look for internships?
/r/TheRedPill10/01/17 05:24 PM

just turned 26. said fuck it and in the past year took some pre reqs to get into a environmental bio grad program that includes a gis cert. sucks ill be in school for another 2-3 years but i am sure it will pay off and will open many doors for me.

ive got a friend who does the losing/gaining weight nonsense. when he broke up with his gf, he went ham at the gym and lost a ton of weight. got in another relationship and stopped lifting. he always asks what my secrets to work outs are... i've run out of explanations. i guess some people don't understand self improvement is a lifestyle

im on the east coast and purposefully embrace the cold/winter. i've been mountain biking regardless of the temps. its funny how you can get used to the suck. i dont even think twice about the cold now.

i can see where bar stools can come into play. i just feel awkward sitting in a booth side by side lol. but i understand the dynamics. ive had a girl who slide over to my side after she finished eating, def can up the kino.

nice man. im still struggling with sitting next to her at dinner or whatever. i've usually stuck to sitting across and doing some sort of footsies and ending up crossing our legs of some variation under the table.

mind explaining where it comes from? i actually couldnt get it up with 2 different girls. then again i was smoking pot and beating my meat 2-3 a day. im on no porn and fap sparingly now. about 2 months in

theres a fine line in playing along with others and looking to be a pussy. if someone asks you to do something and you feel okay doing it, then do it. most often our gut will give us the best answer, sometimes you feel that you should've been no and you immediately regret it when you say you will. those are time when you need to say no. maybe not a flat out no, but an explanation to why you must do it. also, fake it til you make it bro

nice OP. i hopped back on tinder, improved my pics and going to see what happens. i did well about 2 years ago but oddly my success has died off. escalation is def key for a hook up. even when u guys go your separate ways be sure to kiss because that can easily lead to more stuff at that moment.

a combination of self-motivation and discipline is deadly. but discipline is def the foundation of getting shit done.

in those terms, could you rewrite the best way to of handle the situation in the OP. kinda of curious on its application

def can vouch for this post. i notice that coworkers who do not regularly exercise and are aware of what they're putting into their bodies do not radiate "happy energy". this is one of the big reasons why i love mountain biking, im constantly pushing myself. not only am i pushing my self physically, im embracing the suck of cold, rain and hunger/thirst. its oddly therapeutic
/r/TheRedPill20/12/16 11:50 PM

pull ups, lots of pull ups. go wide with hands facing away from you. then you can do some chin ups with your hands facing towards you. all sorts of variations. you just need to find what works for you. i used only be able to do 5. i did 5 every day, and gradually increased. i can't stress the importance of doing pull ups to build a strong, wide back. its the bread and butter for a aesthetic back. while on the pull up bar, do the hang leg raises. dont be so worried about having your legs straight…

ive been working on my ig game. i have about 3 pictures that are worthy to start with, looking to get 6-9 more by the end of the month. my niche is lifting (squatting, powerclean) and mountain biking. of course ill throw in some with me dressed decent. its kind of tough doing this on my own since i have to hit the self timer and what not. but im sure itll be worth it once i get it down

spot on OP, its been a game changer for me. to those struggling, get some caffeine in you. set the timer on your coffee maker and go straight for it when your alarm goes off. edit: also a huge health benefit to be able to have time to eat breakfast or get something into your stomach takes some time to get it to become habit but it pays off.
