A seasoned criminal, sexual or otherwise would definitely take appropriate action to avoid law enforcement attention after the warning. I agree. It's so easy for a company like Amazon to simply drop a product at the first sign of controversy. Controversial thoughts and products are therefore harder to find there, and that makes us all a tiny bit more homogenous. It can be tempting to say "a gender-switched version of this would NEVER be allowed!", but I don't want to participate in any kind of censorship or bullying to put down those I disagree with.

Because they're relative terms. They literally mean "better groomed/dressed than is average or typical". That sounds about right to me. To my mind, the only reason we have gender-segregated sports is to allow women to participate, as otherwise most if not all sports would be entirely dominated by men. If a woman is capable of competing with the best men in e.g. sprinting, she should be allowed to do so, but seeing as apparently none are, women get their own competition.

There's plenty tv for men, there are very few comics for women. Games is a separate issue, we're talking about comics, where many women feel underrepresented, as the vast majority of female characters are constantly sexualized. Whether or not you think that comic creators should cater to women, it is perfectly understandable that women complain when nobody does.

I think in this situation they're just talking about comics. Comics aren't inherently masculine, but the view is that mainstream western comics are overly targeted at men. Well that was a dumb and frustrating read.
