To me it looks like a case of two people taking advantage of one another, so I'm not going to feel sorry for either one of them or think one deserves anything from the other. If your want to argue whether they're legally entitled to anything however, you can just reference the court decision that this thread is based on. I don't have a lot of sympathy for people marrying geriatrics in order to get into their inheritance, no matter what "talents" they bring to the table. This is a lesson in self reliance if I ever saw one.
