2	Question for those that gave up - but found love anyways? I tried OKCupid, got plenty of likes and dates but the quality of women was pretty subpar. 2	Women should not complain about being left for younger woman I clean up after myself/kids, am the breadwinner, fix our vehicles, appliances, and renovated our house. 9	Question for those that gave up - but found love anyways? This fits me. I gave up around 30. I was the "nice guy." I chased women and compromised on women that weren't really compatible with me and had traits that I didn't like because I thought being with someone would cure my low self esteem. It turned out to be the best thing that happened to me. I quit social media and dating sites and started joining running clubs, learning new languages, and pursued a new career.
