Well considering that she’s damaged her reputation and brought on no telling how much grief on her family and herself; there’s damage. There’s also damage to minorities who actually do suffer from race-based crimes; rightly or wrongly this will cast aspersions on the claims of actual victims. I could go on, but I’m in the middle of eating lunch and your attitude has made my burger taste a little bitter.
Any legal activity you do in the wrong context can be prosecutable. You’re really reaching to try and stick with your point instead of abandoning it. But it’s ok.
Yeah, actually in some places you can restrain people who have left your business after stealing from you. Not sure where you are, but some places it’s allowed
