I really enjoy posts like these, I know a lot of guys out there are a good amount of guys out there getting laid, but this is great for beginners. Good man good, lifting is important but diet is the name of the game. If you are looking to trim fat first, may I suggest the Paleo diet, it's tough and takes a lot of dedication, but if you do it for thirty days you could probably trim 4 to 5% of body fat. Calorie deficiency is important. Eating 1500 calories a day to trim body fat and gain abs. Small steps man are key, I have been swallowing for four months now, but haven't accomplished everything I want. So just take it in stride.
