Maybe, but go to an FKK and it's much cheaper. If you're near Frankfurt, I highly recommend the one there. Imagine walking into a large bar (with a large outdoor pool and lots of hot tubs!) full of something like 40-60 naked, beautiful women who all can be had for something like 100 euros/hour.
