I've lost two best friends, lost my athletic career, let go of a girlfriend which I regret deeply doing so and as a result had to start over completely with who I was as an individual. Times were hard and they still are today when I think about how "good" I had it. And although I still wish I had done some things different, when I deeply reflect, I'm grateful for the lessons learned.
