2	Why do breakups have a delayed affect on me? Yes, 3 hours in one sitting but I don't sit still the entirety of the time. If I feel unrest I start pacing back and forth, if I feel tension I loosen up the tension and usually emotional build up comes out and afterwards there relaxation and I can sit still and observe the mind and body. The rules are, no distraction whatsoever. It means no phones, no TV, no books, no music, it comes down to doing nothing that requires input from something outside of yourself. 4	Why do breakups have a delayed affect on me? You probably have serious abandonment issues from your childhood. This is something I'm dealing with right now. The next thing probably isn't 100% red pill but it worked for me. I'm hung up on one girl that wanted to stop seeing me. It was so bad that no other girl, no matter how hot, was worth having sex with. Through meditation and therapy I managed to figure out it was caused by several events that happened in my childhood where I felt abandoned by my parents.
