Given that thus is the common tactic of feminists, it is designed to make people feel guilty. But can really not handicapped people be told to have a privilege of not being handicapped? It's not their fault that they are not handicapped, not born homosexual,etc. Reminding someone of some privilege that they have through no fault of theirs is in fact shaming someone for having a normal life. Think of it: out of two males one is a rapist. It so outrageously counter to common sense and everyday experience of most people.
